Hello!
I need very basic help at the starting block to launch the initial installation of Joomla on Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.1 under Ubuntu 23.10 aarch64.
I've read the following information:I've installed and configured Apache2 (and Virtual Host for Joomla), MariaDB (with db and user account) and validated PHP settings. The Joomla files were unzipped to DocumentRoot identified in the corresponding Virtual Host file. Apache2 is up and running (confirmed by browsing to the domain only). MariaDB is up and running too. I've enabled ufw to pass traffic as documented in the several helpful web publications.
When I point Firefox to the intended Joomla site where I've unzipped the v5.1.2 Joomla files, nothing appears and eventually the session times out. Although I've set all the file access permissions as recommended in the documentation, I don't know why index.php is not processing the request. Would appreciate some newbie guidance, please. Thanks.
Regards.
P.S.
There may be more productive ways to install Joomla for a newbie like me but I would to have some understanding of the installation prerequisites and therefore I am trying the manual method.
