In cases like this I look at the user list in the backend and sort by Users | Managed.
Then sort the screen by Registered Date to see who the most recent registrants are. Finally, look at the Activated column to see if the user has a green checkmark to show activated. If not, it shows a grey X.

I think is not clear what my question is. I'll try again.
It all works as intended, but what if the admin (who needs to activate the user - manually or via his email link) loses or does not receive this info systemmail (which by the way gets send to the admin ONLY after the user clicks on the confirmation link on his mail)? How can the admin find out, just by looking on the backend in the user list, what users already clicked their confirmation links in the mails after registration, in order to manually activate them?
